We have recently removed our packages and now just charge a simple standard hourly rate of $125 per hour. We work very fast and track in 15 minute blocks. So if your design takes 3 hrs and 10 minutes you are only billed for 3.25 hours not 4. Please see the FAQ’s below and reach out if you have any other questions.

How do I place a logo design order?
You can order a custom logo design by viewing our logo design packages and then contacting us letting us know which package you would like to go with. Once you have reached out we will send over a logo questionnaire and agreement and get started working with you right away.
Will I get all the files I need?

We supply you with the high resolution master vector files that can be used for any type of reproduction. You may supply your printer, web design company, advertising agency, etc. with the final files and they will never have a problem reproducing it regardless of the platform or software they are using.

We supply you with Several Formats including: AI, PSD, EPS, Web and Print JPG’s, High Res and Transparent PNG. Files will work on both Mac and PC.

How will I receive my final design files
Foi Designs will email you your final design files via zip file attachment. All files are in high resolution and are provided in both PC and Mac formats for any type of use: website design, stationery, promotional items, animation, signage, etc.

Simply supply those final logo files to your local printer and they will not have a problem with the reproduction regardless of the software program your printer is using.

A CD-Rom can also be shipped to you directly with all your master final file formats for an additional fee.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the initial logo concepts?

If you are not satisfied with the initial logo design concepts, we will contact you to discuss your project and understand what designs will work better. We will then create a brand new set of design concepts for you to choose from and will continue to work with you until you are completely satisfied.  * Deposits are non refundable and cover the time and work put into initial concepts.

Would it be possible to enhance or modify my current logo to give it a fresh look and feel?

Yes. If you have an existing logo design, we can refresh it for you to give it a more modern look and feel. You can email us your existing logo to ryan@foidesigns and we will consult with you on how to breathe new life into your brand image.

I need my logo created right away, can this be done?

When available. We can have your logo design concepts ready by the next business day for a Rush Design fee of $195. Our experienced Design Team will work around the clock to deliver your designs by the next business day after we receive your Creative Brief. Please contact us first to make sure we are available for Next Day service. Sometimes we maybe be able to offer 2 day turn around on concepts for a Rush Design fee of $95

Why does the amount of Concepts and/or Designers I receive matter?

Once you review your concepts you may choose a few elements from each design to combine into your preferred design for the next round (e.g. fonts from concept 1, colors from concept 2, general look of logo concept 4… every round of changes will narrow it down until you are 100% satisfied.

 

How long do revisions take?
On average Revisions take anywhere from 24 hours to 3 days depending on the complexity of the revision request.
Do you deal with companies outside the USA?
Foi Designs has been creating logo designs for satisfied customers in the US and around the world since 2009. We study design trends from all over the world so that our designs can creatively tap into a variety of markets and industries to create the logo designs that will best attract your individual audience.
Once I finalize a logo that Foi Designs created, do I own the rights to it?
With your final payment you will own all the rights to your design. We reserve the right to display your design
our portfolio. As long as you didn’t request us to use outside designs in your logo you may register or trademark your final logo design.
